FindResto for Restaurants

• Register in the FindResto for Restaurants app with your restaurant's details and hygiene rating.
• Upload your menu as a PDF or photos. We read it and you check every dish, symbol and allergen.
• Our team checks it within one working day. Then your dishes go live and are compared.
• Add staff with their own PINs, so they can scan loyalty cards and check reward codes.

• Verified listing: £29, once.
• Dish analytics (optional): £39 a month — dish-by-dish comparison with competitors, trends and what diners flagged.
• Promotions (optional): weekly, always labelled "Sponsored" or "Promotion".

Every restaurant that joins is compared the same way, whatever plan it is on. Paying never changes your scores or where your dishes appear.

• Never offer anything in return for reviews or ratings. That triggers a public notice and freezes your score.
• You can't reply to, edit or remove reviews. You can report one that breaks the rules; we won't say who wrote it.
• Staff, family and friends' reviews never count.
• Keep your menu honest and up to date. Diners check symbols, allergens and portions.

• Diners get 10 points for each verified visit at your restaurant, spent only with you.
• You choose and fund the rewards, as goods or services, never cash or money off.
• Ending a reward needs 30 days' notice; a pause lasts until midnight, at most 3 days in 30.
• Staff scan the card's live code, which changes every 30 seconds, so screenshots don't work.

You can close your account at any time in the app. 30 days later your restaurant is no longer listed or compared, your rewards end, and diners holding your points are told.
